1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MoneyCounter ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MoneyCounter is a cash calculation application that allows users to count Japanese coins and bills. The App provides the following features:

Calculation of total amounts from coin and bill quantities
Saving and viewing calculation history
Viewing statistical data (daily, weekly, monthly)
Premium features (ad-free, unlimited history, advanced statistics)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
Take responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of your input data
Maintain the security of your device

4. Data Storage

All calculation data is stored locally on your device using SQLite. The App operates completely offline and does not transmit your calculation data to external servers. Data will be deleted when you uninstall the App.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers Premium subscriptions: Monthly ($4.99 USD / ¥800 JPY) and Yearly ($29.99 USD / ¥5,000 JPY). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to App Store policies.

6. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. You may remove advertisements by purchasing the Premium version.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% calculation accuracy, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. You are solely responsible for verifying calculation results for important financial matters.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

1. 規約への同意

MoneyCounter（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、お客様は本利用規約に拘束されることに同意するものとします。本規約に同意されない場合は、本アプリを使用しないでください。

2. サービスの説明

MoneyCounterは、日本の硬貨・紙幣を計算するためのアプリケーションです。本アプリは以下の機能を提供します：

硬貨・紙幣の枚数から合計金額を計算
計算履歴の保存・閲覧
統計データの表示（日次・週次・月次）
プレミアム機能（広告なし、履歴無制限、高度な統計）

3. ユーザーの責任

お客様は以下に同意するものとします：

合法的な目的でのみ本アプリを使用すること
本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改変、配布を行わないこと
入力データの正確性について責任を持つこと
ご自身のデバイスのセキュリティを維持すること

4. データの保存

すべての計算データは、SQLiteを使用してお客様のデバイスにローカル保存されます。本アプリは完全にオフラインで動作し、計算データを外部サーバーに送信することはありません。アプリをアンインストールすると、データは削除されます。

5. アプリ内課金

本アプリはプレミアムサブスクリプションを提供しています：月額（$4.99 USD / ¥800 JPY）および年額（$29.99 USD / ¥5,000 JPY）。サブスクリプションは現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り自動更新されます。返金についてはApp Storeのポリシーに従います。

6. 広告

無料版の本アプリでは、Google AdMobによる広告が表示されます。プレミアム版を購入することで広告を非表示にできます。

7. 保証の免責

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる種類の保証も行いません。計算精度100%を目指しておりますが、本アプリがエラーなく、または中断なく動作することを保証するものではありません。

8. 責任の制限

本アプリの使用から生じる直接的、間接的、付随的、特別、または結果的な損害について、当方は一切責任を負いません。重要な財務事項については、計算結果をご自身で確認する責任があります。

9. 規約の変更

当方は、いつでも本規約を変更する権利を留保します。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用することで、変更された規約に同意したものとみなされます。
